Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) are the members of our team working directly with people with intellectual and developmental disabilities on a daily basis. They provide person-centered support services with a strong emphasis on personal choice to individuals with developmental disabilities.

Cerebral Palsy of The North Country supervises residences in the communities of Canton, Massena, Potsdam, Hammond, Brasher Falls, Norwood, Morley, and Colton with 3-5 people living in each home. DSPs work a flexible schedule including evening and weekends to ensure a variety of opportunities for individuals.
